Me Ying Leung was the loving wife of the late Mr. Leung and is Ang and Ling's long-lost mother and the former Ram Guardian who was succeeded by William "Billy." since she had chosen to retire and become a mother to her twin son and daughter.

Sh appeared only in "Lost and Found" and in flashbacks in the season one finale.
