Tex is the Guardian of the Temple of the Shadow Stallion, who shares K Ho's refusal to join The Emperor of the Darkest Yin and loyalty to the balance of the universe.
Physical Appearance[]
When he is not powered up, Tex appears to be a British Caucasian man who has long black hair that goes past his ears. He has an ivory shirt, a gunmetal-grey leather jacket on top and blue jeans with a belt and a golden belt buckle. He also has grey shoes.
Powered Up[]
When empowered, Tex turns into a centaur. His stallion half appears to have grey fur and his human half has steel plate armour with a white chest plate. To empower, he must say "Empower the Shadow Stallion"
Shadow Band[]
Though a clear shot of The Shadow Stallion Band is not shown, it can be assumed that it is blue with an ochre gemstone on it, bearing The Shadow Stallion Symbol. An illustration is shown below:
Temple of the Shadow Stallion[]
The temple of the Shadow Stallion is located in England. To gain access to the temple, one must navigate a series of underground passages that have various traps scattered among them to ward off intruders. The temple is a large stone opening with torches along the walls. In the center of the room is a large statue of a stallion that looks over the shrine to the power band.
Trivia[]
- "Tex" is simply a pseudonym for The Shadow Stallion guardian, inspired by Yin Wi, referring to him as "Tex". However, this is a term commonly used to tease those with traits reminiscent of stereotypical cowboys. The Guardian's real name has never been revealed.
- He is the only Guardian to be shown, yet not have his real name revealed at some point.
- Despite having long hair, it is completely unseen in his empowered form.
