Robbie

Robert "Robbie" is the newest Guardian of the Ox Temple and the youngest of the Temple Guardians after the Rat Guardian.

Physical Appearance[]

When he is not Powered Up Robbie appears to be an 8 year old Chinese-Caucasian boy with brunette hair made into a bowl cut and light brown eyes. He wears a maroon Karate-Gi with yellow accents and white pants with black shoes. Robbie has a Chinese accent

Empowered[]

When powered up he appears to be much older and is wearing brown body armor with crimson beige, black and silver accents as well as a gunmetal grey helmet with two ivory horns and a spine with scarlet hair. . Along with this he wears black shoes and brown trousers. He also gets a much deeper thick British accent. To transform and utilize his mystical abilities fully, he must call out "Empower the Ox!!"

Personality[]

As other Temple Guardians, Robbie is protective of his Temple, Shrine and Powerband and constantly attempts to defend these things from any attackers. Robbie is also witty and was able to outwit the Shadow Gang. He will do things for the good of others such as when he accepted the Zodiac Master needed to be rescued to prevent the imbalance of his powerband with the ram and dog ones with darkest yin, and when he was willing to protect Master Chin by giving up his own powerband. Robbie's younger instincts kick in at times, causing havoc among others.

Powerband[]

The Ox Power Band is gold with a pink gemstone on it, bearing The Ox Symbol. It sometimes appearing silver instead of gold, meaning he could have power over the Fire and Metal elements.

Temple[]

The Ox Temple is located in the Great Wall of China (in Beijing) inside one of the many towers. The start of the temple contains an empty opening with fire-torches covering the walls; this leads to a passage, followed by another turning to the right, which continues to the heart of the temple. This holds, The Ox Statue and Shrine, along with several fire-torches on the wall, like the other room. In Terra Unfirma, Robbie's Temple was almost destroyed but was saved in time, and in The Golden Babysitter Blues, The Emperor found out the location of The Ox Temple. To protect Robbie, Master Chin found a Temple Substitute for him. His current whereabouts are unknown. Although The Great Wall of China is renowned for being extremely large, ironically, Robbie's Temple is fairly small as he only owns a small portion of it.

Age Enhancement[]

Any user of the Ox Powerband will Age Significantly as shown by Robbie and The Skater Boy in X-Games Guardian. This causes the users voice to deepen, gives a rapid change in height, and gives the user enhanced strength as well as more muscle.

Being the Ox Guardian, Robbie can use the abilities of Bovines and can probably do more than the abilities listed here

Terra Unfirma[]

The Zodiac Master takes the Ram and Dog Power bands, Ang, Xuan Chi and Master Chin go to the Ox Temple and find a young boy bouncing a ball and they discover he's the Guardian of the Ox. The Zodiac Master attempts to attack, but Robbie puts pressure on the ball causing it to pop, Robbie's power band is revealed, being hidden inside the ball and he powers up.

Xuan Chi distracts the Zodiac Master by throwing a banana at him while Robbie attacks him but unfortunately the Zodiac Master manages to take Robbie's Power Band and powers up with the Ram, Dog and Ox Power Bands, but because he empowered with The Darkest Yin it takes over The Zodiac Master being too much for him to handle. Ang attacks him, while saying "Empower the Brightest Yang, Golden Dragon!" (attempting to neutralize the darkness with the light), he eventually does defeat The Zodiac Master and takes the Ram, Dog and Ox power bands. The Zodiac Master hits the Ox Temple wall and Ang and Robbie must stop it from falling, Robbie transforms and they try to stop the wall from falling, Xuan Chi helps and the wall is safe.

X-Games Guardian[]

After taking the Ram power band and Ang's pom-pom Jungi and the boys she's trying to impress go to the Ox temple and terrorize Robbie, constantly asking about the whereabouts of his power band while they throw his ball around (which has the band in it, as revealed in Terra Unfirma). Robbie manages to get the ball but it pops and the Ox Power band is revealed. Just as Robbie is about to take it one of Jungi's friend pulls him away empowers the band. The boy takes the Ram power band from Jungi and gives it to Jim, breaking their deal with Jungi of letting her hang out with them if she gets them both bands. Ang, Beingal, Xuan Chi and Ling are having a hard time getting the power bands back as the boys are on skateboards and are going too fast for them to catch up. Ling is knocked down and Jungi and Robbie check to see if she is ok, it appears she is. However, the Ox band is soon claimed by Ang and given back to Robbie to help them get the Ram power band back, Robbie throws a boulder in front of the boy with the Ram Power Band and he crashes into it and Robbie claims the band and gives it to Ang to give back to Billy.

The Golden Babysitter Blues[]

At the Great Wall of China Saber Claw and several Clay warriors attack the Temple of the Ox. By the time they get inside Robbie has already removed the shrine and gotten it outside. The Emperor of the Darkest Yin appears getting after Saber Claw for failing. Saber Claw then says "Your Sister said that taking the Ox shrine would be like taking candy from a baby." Then the emperor responds saying "If my sister thought it would be that easy she would have come herself!" Then as Robbie the Ox Guardian is starting to run down the road Saber Claw and several clay warriors start coming after him and he then powers up by shouting "Empower The OX!" Robbie is able to defeat all the clay warriors and Saber Claw. Then the Emperor of the Darkest Yin rises up to the roof of the temple and starts to attack Robbie by firing energy from his hands. Then Robbie runs to get out of range of fire. Then in San Francisco California The twin Dragons are practicing their martial arts skills when all of a sudden the doorbell rings along with the door knocking. Master Chin and the twins walk to the door and when they open it a pair of police officers are there. One of the police officers explains why they are there by saying "We found this little boy we thought was lost but he says you are his uncle Chin." Master Chin Looks down and sees Robbie and says his name. Master Chin then tells the two police officers "You have brought him to the right place. First thing after Master Chin closes the doors and Robbie sees Ling he says "Wait a minute you are the shadow dragon!" Ling then has to explain she is now also a Golden Dragon now like her twin brother Ang. A Short time later they are all back to martial arts practice when the Shadow Wolf guardian shows up and is wondering why the place is so wrecked up. Ang and Ling have to tell him that the Ox Guardian has arrived. Then when Robbie picks him up and tosses him across the room he asks Robbie "Do you like dogs?" and Robbie says "I love dogs and all animals!" Then he uses his power band to change into a dog so Robbie would not hurt him again. Master Chin also has told Ang and Ling they must watch over Robbie while he finds a new place for the Ox Shrine to be in America. Meanwhile Ling creates a special motorcycle for little Robbie to ride around on but he gets bored just driving around inside the dojo so he breaks out through a window onto the road. Ang and his sister start following him down the road and when Robbie sees a puppy dog and follows it into an alley. Just as Ang and Ling catch up with Robbie it is revealed that the puppy dog is really the Emperor's sister the Shadow Rat. She along with Saber Claw and some clay warriors start attacking Ang, Ling and Robbie.

The twins then power up and Yin-Wi thinks she will have the upper hand on Robbie but he shouts "Empower the OX!" and when he enlarges to adult size to fight back the the Shadow Rat says "Children grow up fast these days!" The twins are able to cause the Shadow Rat and Saber Claw to retreat and Robbie is able to take out the clay warriors himself. Later on the Emperor inflicts punishment on Saber Claw and says "You know i would not hurt my little sister!" The Emperor then tells his sister the Shadow Rat that he is going to send her some more power so she would be able to take on the Ox guardian along with the Dragon twins. Later on in a Park Ang and his sister are tossing a Frisbee around with Robbie and this stranger boy who looks to be about 10 years old who reveals his name to be Victor and then when some things happen the Shadow Rat and other forces start to attack. Victor then reveals he is the Shadow Ox by empowering his band. They all start fighting in the park but just as it looks like the good guys are about to win the Shadow Rat reveals she has taken Master Chin hostage. She then states that either the Ox shrine is brought to them by midnight or they will harm Master Chin. Robbie then gives into them saying he will bring it to them.

At that park, Robbie in his regular form comes walking up with the Ox shrine and when he finds out the Shadow Rat is not going to let Master Chin free after she scolds Victor the Shadow Ox for not taking Robbie's power band from him Robbie then shouts "Empower the Ox!" and powers up. Robbie then confronts Victor on his own and is able to knock him back to where he falls onto the Shadow Rat. Then Master Chin makes the comment "It is time I revealed that i was once a Temple Guardian as Well." Then Master Chin defeats the three Clay warriors that were holding him hostage and is able to teleport away.

With Master Chin safe Ang, Ling, the Shadow Wolf, and the Tiger Guardian are able to join the fight against the Shadow Rat, Saber Claw and Victor. Ang and Ling take on the Shadow Rat and Saber Claw. Both of them then teleport out leaving Victor alone. Victor then comments "That's not Nice!" Robbie then charges toward him causing him to end up in the pond along the park.

Then back at the Dojo everyone is happy of how good a fighter Robbie is. Master Chin even says "This proves why you were chosen to be the Ox Guardian." Then Master Chin says that they have found a new place for Robbie to take he Ox shrine. Robbie then teleports to that new location. Ling and Ang comment on how they are going to miss having the little guy around. Then the doorbell rings and they think could another misplaced guardian be there?. When they open up the door it is a pizza delivery man bringing them a Pizza that had been ordered earlier.

Trivia[]

Although having an Chinese accent normally, when empowered with the Ox, he has a British accent.
